Green beans fozelek
(Serves
2)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. green beans,
fresh
3 table spoon bacon grease
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tee Spoon paprika
1 table spoon cornstarch or flour
1 table spoon milk
1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Wash, string and cut beans. Heat bacon grease and add onion and cook until onion
is soft, add paprika. Mix in well. Add bean with just enough water to hardly
cover them. Add salt to taste and cook until the beans are tender but still
crisp. Dissolve flour in milk. Add to sour cream mixing in well add to beans and
continue to simmer until hot.
